The year is 2047. An extinction-level asteroid is hurtling toward Earth, and the descendants of ancient Atlantis have returned from the stars in their silver ships to offer humanity help.

They can only take a tiny percent of the Earth’s population back to the colony planet Atlantis. And in order to be chosen, you must be a teen, you must be bright, talented, and athletic, and you must Qualify.
Sixteen-year-old Gwenevere Lark is determined not only to Qualify but to rescue her entire family.
Because there's a loophole.

About the Author...
Vera Nazarian is a two-time Nebula Award Finalist, award-winning artist, and member of Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a writer with a penchant for moral fables and stories of intense wonder, true love, and intricacy.
She immigrated to the USA from the former USSR as a kid, sold her first story at the age of 17, and since then has published numerous works in anthologies and magazines, and has seen her fiction translated into eight languages.

SURVIVE, the 4th and final book in The Atlantis Grail series (not counting the many forthcoming TAG novellas and short stories), will be released at the end of 2018 or early 2019.
WIN is now available for sale everywhere in all editions — hardcover, paperback, and various ebook formats. At 930 pages it's a monumental epic! However I am still finishing up the rest of the behind-the-scenes WIN publishing tasks (in addition to writing, I do all file formatting, layout and production, website work, marketing, ISBNs, Bowker Books in Print, etc. I am a one-woman publishing company).
When all done with these tasks, I will be taking August off to rest and recuperate. In case you don't know, when I write books I take no vacations, no days off, not even weekends off. I work non-stop for months on end, despite chronic daily agony of sciatica back pain (I am unable to sit in a normal chair for longer than a few minutes at a time) hand injuries, and other health issues.
I will begin writing SURVIVE in September 2017, and should have a chapter (or three) for you to enjoy as a Holiday Preview in December 2017, which I will post on Wattpad.

In order to allow pre-ordering of books in general, book vendors such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble (and most others) require a finished book manuscript to be uploaded into their system early, and preferably months in advance of the official release date.
Since I write books and release them as soon as they are ready, and my release dates are flexible, there are no pre-orders possible, or even feasible. I simply finish a book, have it proofed and edited, and then make it available for sale.

Is this a firm estimate? Of course not, I honestly have no idea. The best answer I can give you is that the story takes however long it needs to be written.
And, just for reference, here is a very long infographic showing the word length for various popular and famous novels.
Novel — 40,000 words or over
Novella — 17,500 to 39,999 words
Novelette — 7,500 to 17,499 words
Short Story — under 7,500 words
So now you know that at 300,000+ words, WIN is a very long novel, and SURVIVE is going to be about the same length!
